Hospice care is not about giving up—it is about helping patients live as fully and comfortably as possible while supporting their loved ones every step of the way.
As the only nonprofit hospice serving Glynn, Camden, McIntosh, Brantley, and Charlton Counties, Hospice of the Golden Isles is committed to caring for all eligible patients, regardless of their ability to pay. Through inpatient, in-home, and palliative care services, as well as specialized support for veterans, the organization ensures that each patient receives individualized, holistic care. A dedicated team of physicians, nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers works together to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, while also providing grief support and resources for caregivers.
